Your order will be sent to the address that you indicated on your order, eParts has two delivery methods:
• Express delivery
This delivery choice means you will receive your parcel within 24 hours through TNT on the sole condition that you are a company and not an individual. If you order before 5pm, your order will be processed on the same day if the products show as available on the site.The costs related to this option depend on the item selected.
• Standard delivery
This delivery choice means you will receive your parcel within 24/48 hours through Colissimo or Coliposte.If you order before 5pm, your order will be processed on the same day if the products show as available on the site.The costs related to this option depend on the item selected.
eParts does its very best to respect the delivery times mentioned on the site. However, we cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delivery delay or lost parcel caused by a third party, of your own doing or due to an unexpected and unavoidable reason constituting a case of force majeure.
In case of failure to receive a parcel within the timescales indicated, an enquiry will be launched with the transporter; this may take a number of days (e.g.: 21 days for la Poste, 4- 5 days for TNT – GLS). During this period, no refund or return can be made.
Upon reception of your order, we recommend that you check the products delivered against your order and indicate, if necessary, on the delivery note and in handwriting with your signature, any anomaly relating to it. Without prejudice to the applicable legal warranties, you should address any reservations with regard to the lack of conformity of the products existing on the delivery date as soon as possible by:

Products can only be returned if they are in their original state and original packaging, namely with their packaging, accessories and user manuals.
The cost of returning the products is borne by the user.
In the event of proven non-conformity, the user has the choice between repair or replacement of the product unless the desired option brings about a cost which is significantly disproportionate compared with the other option.
We respectfully inform you that a delivery delay of 24 hours is possible for delivery of your order. In fact, for security reasons, all orders paid for my bank card are subject to verification by eParts.Additional information may be requested, even required, to validate your purchase.As a result and to avoid any delay, when placing your order, please enter:

For any order for an amount exceeding a limit set by eParts, ID as well as proof of address will need to be sent to us by fax, email or post.
